Pilates is for everybody
But not every body is the same.
Our classes are 45 to 60 minutes in duration and we offer equipment and mat work classes. We believe in building from a strong foundation and focusing on the core principles of Pilates leads to balanced progression and correct movement patterns. Each class commences with the foundations of breathing, alignment and core strength, progresses to more advanced exercises.
At Genesia Pilates, we believe in providing tailored, personalised instruction. This is why we have small class sizes so you receive individual attention to achieve your goals faster.
Our equipment classes are either group classes or personalised classes. Group reformer classes have a maximum of two participants per class. During a personalised class, you work to an individual program that progresses with you. Each class offers variety as we use the reformers, springboard, Wunda chair and small apparatus to work through a program specifically designed for you.
Our mat work classes are challenging and fun, with the goal of increasing strength, tone and flexibility. Flowing from one movement to the next, you will work the entire body. The classes have a maximum of six participants to ensure you receive quality instruction and obtain the most benefit from each class.
