Online private sessions

Online private sessions are delivered via Zoom or Skype. These sessions are 60 minute and we work one-on-one to achieve your health and wellness goals.

We begin by discussing your individual needs and goals and assessing your movement patterns. Using this information, we develop a personal program to give you an individual Pilates mat work class.

Each class begins with a warm up to engage your deepest core muscles. We then draw on the Pilates mat work repertoire to work the entire body.

We use any small apparatus that you have at home. This could include weights, therabands, towels, cushions, chairs or tinned food from your pantry. We get creative in using items that you have on hand.
