Introductory session

A free 30 minute session to help set you up for successful online workouts. This is for new clients so we can get to know you and give you an introduction to Pilates with Genesia Pilates. The session will begin by discussing your current lifestyle, experience with Pilates and your health and wellbeing goals. We then work through an introductory Pilates session to allow you to experience a typical workout.

These sessions provide you with an opportunity to become familiar with Zoom or Skype and to optimise your workout space. You get a chance to ask any questions and feel comfortable with your instructor.
